I had such an amazing experience at Calegra Bridal! A great selection of quality dresses and accessories to choose from, and such fantastic service. The team at Calegra is extremely professional and caring, they made the whole experience of finding "the dress" so special. Cannot recommend them enough!

The ladies at Calegra are absolute gems. They made me feel special and welcome, offering refreshments and personalized "welcome" board in my fitting room. The seamstresses are fantastic and meticulous. The after-sale service is just as good with dry cleaning services offered to clean dresses after the wedding. Great service, great product and friendly, attentive staff!

I had the most fabulous fitting at Calegra Cape Town with the lovely assistants Jessica and Jenna who were there to offer up options based on what looked good and what i liked and also to help me in and out of those gorgeous garments. I did have a great experience visiting Calegra Bridal, I do however find their policy a little bit ruthless re making a deposit to secure your dress. Upon asking for the details of payment they sold a dress I asked for to someone else. Although it may seem like not a big deal I do feel like crying when I hear the name Calegra which for them might seem like an overreaction for me is a disastrous experience in searching for the dress I want for my once in a lifetime wedding. I do think that this is quite upsetting, as a bride-to-be is so excited about a dress she sets her heart on, only for it to be lost to due being slow with a deposit. I do thank Karen for offering to make a new dress of the same style. I do recommend their dresses for beauty but please do make sure your put a deposit down as soon as possible.
